  • Support credits are prepaid and valid for 12 months from purchase.
  • One credit equals one support incident (issue or request).
  • Starter Pack: 24-hour response time, Monday to Friday.
  • Priority Pack: 4-hour response time, Monday to Friday.
  • Enterprise Pack: 4-hour response time, Monday to Friday, with dedicated contact.
  • Emergency Add-on: on-demand urgent support, outside business hours, subject to availability.
  • Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • Unused credits expire after 12 months from purchase date.
  • Quote/invoice validity: 14 days from issue date unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment terms: 60% upon order confirmation, 40% upon completion (or as agreed in writing).
  • QuickStart excludes legacy data migration, custom development, and ongoing operations support.
  • Standard ERP includes legacy data migration and one-stop deployment.
  • Platform usage fees are billed monthly or annually in advance.
  • Annual platform plan commits to 12 months; early cancellation may incur charges.
  • All prices in HKD. Exchange rates may affect converted USD/Odoo official pricing.
